I've had this book for a pretty long time and have made as many recipes out it as I have any book I think. Its my goto book for a quick recipe reference on a lot of stuff, like corn bread, soups, tabouli (my first tabouli), hummus, moussaka (although I add some meat too), flatbreads, etc. My favorite so far though has been the Hungarian mushroom soup. Try it, follow it closely first. Just titilating.
