Hey everyone,

I am looking for a non-vegetarian whole grain cookbook with delicious recipes. It is supposed to be a Christmas present. My friend already has a vegetarian cookbook. Therefore, he is interested in a healthy way of cooking with some variation, which also includes some fish and meat recipes.

Can anybody recommend a cookbook of that kind?

Thank you very much for your inspiration :-)

I think this would make a great gift for someone looking for a whole grain book that includes meals for omnivores. The photos are wonderful and the pages feel nice in your hand, as does the book itself. This book also contains my favorite recipe for homemade granola bars (made with almond butter as part of the binding ingredient).

I second Lisa's answer of Ancient Grains for Modern Meals but Whole Grains for a New Generation is nice too as is Grain Mains or Whole Grains Every Day, Every Way.
