Few weeks ago a started to make my own chocolat, filled with many good stuff but I am looking to "raffine" my technique and saw that book on the Omnivore book website.
The Art of the Chocolatier: From Classic Confections to Sensational Showpieces by Ewald Notter
But it is quite expensive and they obviously don't have it at my public library...so I wondered if someone of the community has it and what they think about it.
Thank you!

Sisi, This book is in the 101Library database and has 1 four heart review without text. Hopefully, the member that added this book will see your question and reply. Best wishes with your Chocolat!
