I wish I could! I cannot imagine they could ship overseas and even if they did it would not doubt be a very costly exercise, but I think their products look great and I am very envious of any of you who get to use them! Who knew there were so many different beans??

Which ones did you get Shannon? I am not in the club but recently bought the following: Rio Zape, Santa Maria Pinquito, and Sangre de Toro. ( No black or white beans because I have tons of turtle beans from a cooking class and big white judiones that a friend brought me from Spain still to use.) The only one I have tried before is the Sangre de Toro, which is my go to for red beans and rice.

I can't remember now Trisha. I squirreled them away in the pantry and then went out of town! I know we got cassoulet beans, a new crop that is not yet available to the general public. Also Tepary, Yellow Indian Woman (one of my personal faves), and maybe Sangre de Toro? Six varieties in all and a great looking bag of quinoa.

I am not in the club though I regularly order and use their beans. I'm a huge fan of the Cannelini, Baby Lima Bean, Borlotti, and my favorite the Good Mother Stallard. I use them in all sorts of recipes including Heidi's veggie Mole (http://www.101cookbooks.com/archives/borlotti-bean-mole-with-roast-winter-squash-recipe.html) and another favorite that I added recently to my list is her Farro and Bean Stew (http://www.101cookbooks.com/archives/simple-farro-bean-stew-recipe.html). Both show off the beans very well. Rick Bayless also has a recipe for Quick Cowboy Beans, which is also a favorite (http://library.101cookbooks.com/page/1462/Mexican_Everyday). Enjoy!

Oh, that's nothing...
We easily go through a pound of dried beans per week.
