Hello. I'm Shannon. I love to cook & bake, read and dance. I have a serious cookbook obsession and this site has been adding a lot of fuel to the fire. I love to see what all of you are cooking and find your notes so helpful. It is so important to me to put a healthy meal on the table every night. To me this means an emphasis on veggies, grains and legumes and I'm always looking for creative new ways to use my favorite ingredients.
