I'm Trisha, a home cook living in Washington DC. During the work week, I rarely have time to cook, so I try to make up for it on the weekends. I am a burgeoning cookbook collector- it is definitely an addiction! I try to eat locally and seasonally, and am lucky to have great farmer's markets in my area that help the cause. I also like to travel, domestically and internationally, and I become obsessed with the food of wherever I visit or plan to visit- most recently, Malaysia, Spain, Mexico and South Africa.
