AMAZING - problems with the recipe or with my execution, though - I made the chocolate variation on the graham cracker crust and found there weren't enough crumbs for my pan (which was the right size), added more crust to make it fit the pan but then the crumbs shrunk down A LOT after baking. So, I could only fit about a third to half of the filling in the actual pie pan. Not sure that was such a bad thing, however, as the pie was ridiculously good (confirmed so by my husband and guests) and I had a huge bowl of cappucino mousse to last us the rest of the week! That stuff was addictive.
