I've had this book for years and use it often since everything I've made from it has been outstanding. It has my go-to recipe for Chinese peanut dressing (for cold sesame noodles) and a spicy Korean beef-noodle-in-lettuce-wraps recipe that is awesome. Beautiful photographs, clear and user-friendly recipes for all manner of Asian noodles. Highly recommended!
