A stunning appetizer that uses only three ingredients: goat cheese, roasted garlic, and honey. Room temperature goat cheese and roasted garlic are layered in a bowl, in alternating layers- preferably a bowl that provides a beehive-like effect. (I made a smaller beehive than the recipe called for, and used a ridged teacup purchased when I lived in Korea.) The dish is kept in the refrigerator overnight to keep its shape, and then is unmolded, with honey drizzled over the "beehive" to tame the strength of the garlic- I used lavender honey. I served this for family on July 4th and they raved over this dish- will definitely be making it again.
