This is a cookbook written by people who know pie. I've only made two recipes but they were both perfect on the first try and I've picked up at least a dozen valuable tips while flipping through the pages. Granted, you can't eat your Bubby's pie sitting next to Jay Z when you make it at home but it's still a pretty memorable experience....
