So far EVERYTHING I have tried from this book has worked out perfectly! The recipes are tested and true , so the only problems remain -finding the time to bake  and  deciding what to make ! There are so many wonderful things to try , from simple cupcakes to complex tortes that sound amazing even without a picture, the choices are endlessss! There is this Pistachio Brittle Cheesecake I've had my eye on for a while, but who has the time?  I could spend a year going thought every recipe and would not make all of them  , there is  just an endless amount of stuff here. Almost every dessert you ever wanted to make is here, and the recipes work -I don't know what else anyone could want. This could potentially be the only dessert book I need ,but this ain't a perfect world and a cook book adiction ain't no joke !- so I will buy more. Happy to have this heavy big ol' book of yummies.

PS I was just flipping through this giant book and I can't beleive how yummy the recipes sound, where else will you find an Apricot-Pistachio Torte with Honey Butterscream?!
