If you have never been to Terre a Terre in Brighton, UK and you are in the area, you should go and treat yourself. They would be a *** restaurant  if they gave *** for vegetarian restaurants.

The book is amazing and not for the feint hearted. The recipe I made took about 3 hours to get together, but, I must admit, worth every second of it. This is high end eating at its best and most glamorous.

The instructions are clear and well laid out, even a novice can succeed with these.

A beautiful book, destined to become an Escoffier of the veggie world.
