This is perhaps an alternative version to the humble smore, substituting the gram cracker with brioche which is fried in the absence of a campfire. I found this recipe in the kids cooking section of the book and decided to 'practice' it for my niece (as it seemed hard to master ha, ha). They are delightfully sweet and gooey and not just for kids! We are having a few people over for a christmas party and plan on serving little slices of these sweet treats. I am pretty confident they will be talked about..
