Otherworldly good! Spot on, dependable go-to piecrust recipes. Clear instructions. Gorgeous photos. The book is full of inventive spins on traditional and not-so-traditional recipes. Organizing the recipes around the seasons, when the ingredients are available and at their best, is brilliant. Every pie that I have made from this book has been truly outstanding.
