Try the granola bars and the muffin recipes! They are amazing. I haven't had as good success with the 'meals' but I have friends who have made them and love them.

This is a MARVELOUS cooknook. So far, I enjoy the honey curry dressing for spinach,the glory bowl nutritional yeast dressing and the lemony lentil soup (try leaving the lemon out entirely for a completely different soup). And there's a sequel....
