I often "test run" cookbooks from the library first, to see if it is a cookbook I will go to again and again. The techniques that this cookbook teaches, plus the fabulous recipes and alternatives it offers have created the best cookies I have ever baked. This is a cookbook worth owning!
Have you tried a recipe from this cookbook? How did it turn out?
